The technology
Quanterix’s Simoa technology detects and quantifies proteins at concentrations far below what a conventional ELISA can reach — down to the single-molecule level. That makes biomarkers measurable in a blood sample that were previously only accessible in tissue or spinal fluid. The range covers the fully automated HD-X analyzer for high throughput, the benchtop SR-X, and the SP-X imaging and analysis system, alongside validated Simoa assay kits.
