The technology
RX Solutions builds configurable industrial and laboratory CT systems for R&D. The EasyTom line spans three part sizes — S for small parts, L for medium, and XL for large objects up to 720 mm — and one system can carry two X-ray sources (a microfocus tube for general imaging and a nanofocus tube for the finest detail) and two detectors (a flat panel for general work and an sCMOS detector for high-resolution scans of small objects, or a region of interest inside a larger one). The EasyTom L is also available in a 450 kV high-energy configuration for dense or thick materials, and in metrology configurations where the output is dimensional measurement rather than an image alone.
